“The room had a lot of spiders (dead and alive as welll, and spider webs everywhere. Could you see them more properly when the lights were on and you saw them going from the lamps to the ceiling and between the desk and the wall. When they cleaned the room they left stains on the sheets. Breakfast was mediocre, there was no fresh vegetables and the only vegetables they did have were fried mushrooms or baked tomatoes ”

“Nice parking and breakfast. The window towards the canal with the swans was really nice. Friendly staff! The room was clean and in a good shape. And great with the pool! The changing room for the pool could have been more clean though. But all and all very nice stay!”

“Great location a few minutes walk from Chester Park & Ride. The staff are all great, reception were really friendly every time we passed the desk and made sure we had the best room for our needs and breakfast staff went out of their way to be helpful”
