The best 2 bedroom on the Mountain
Renovated and modern condo with a great view and sunny exposure, this place is one of a kind! New hot tub on the deck with a great view of iconic Red Mountain. There is a ski locker on the main floor and underground heated parking. Convenience at it's finest! 3 minute walk to the ski run or lift, summer time offers a tennis court right out front, immediate access to trails.
Relax in style, this property has been newly renovated with every creature comfort in mind. Modern design and new furnishings, beds and linens through out. Sized perfectly with an open concept kitchen, living and dining with seating for 8. And, to set the mood, features a gas fireplace and a deck with a hot tub that opens up to views of Red Mountain.
The master bedroom is gorgeous with a king bed, work space and an ensuite bath with a large walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, twin over twin bunks and a 2nd TV.
Sorry, not pets are allowed.
This condo is not to be missed!
MINIMUM STAY POLICY
4 night minimum stay Christmas holidays, 4 night minimum winter high season, 3 night minimum otherwise. If you see a 2-3 day window of opportunity between bookings on property calendar, please contact us!
BED CONFIGURATION
Bedroom #1: King
Bedroom #2: Queen, Twin over Twin bunk
IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.
FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 27 NIGHTS OR MORE
This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (50% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid.
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags are provided.
*Bookings 27 nights and longer are tax exempt. Get in touch for details!
