Youâll have exclusive access to your private unit, including your own entrance, private parking, and outdoor spaces. However, there are separate guest units above and below. All guests are expected to observe quiet hours (9 PM â 9 AM) and keep noiseâincluding loud music, TV, and gamesâto a respectful level at all times. đ€« Noise: We've incorporated features like extended rafter widths, spray foam insulation between floors, and solid core doors with door sweeps to minimize noise transfer. However, being in an apartment-style building means you might hear occasional footfall and muffled voices. To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, we observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM and kindly ask all guests to be considerate of one another.
đđŒââïžHot Tub: the technician visits on Monday and Friday mornings to monitor and maintain the Spa. He will access the back driveway, handle hot tub care, and have no need to enter the home.
đ Driveway, and Road: The road and driveway are narrow and steep in places. Please drive carefully and be mindful of the gravel road, the parking area around the home is paved. You are responsible for your vehicle and any potential damage to it or the landscaping.
đ Construction Nearby: There is a home being built nearby, so you may hear some construction noise during work hours. It shouldnât affect your view or stay, but we wanted you to be aware.
đïž Occupancy and Fees: This modern home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests, ideally including children. An additional $10 per person (including kids) will be charged for guests beyond 4. That can increase by 1 ONLY when at least of the extra guests are a small child. There is a toddler bed in the walk-in closet but it is only are only for smaller kids.
đBedroom Locks: For the safety and convenience of our guests, we have intentionally chosen not to install locks on bedroom or bathroom doors. In the past, we've encountered situations in other homes where children inadvertently locked doors, requiring our immediate assistance. By designing our home this way, we aim to prevent any inconveniences and ensure a seamless experience for all our guests.

żïž Parking: Limited to 3 regular-sized cars or less with any oversized vehicles. Parking is located below on the parking pad. There is no railing along the driveway and side of the house leading up to the unit. From the parking pad, you will walk up the driveway (which is for the top unit) to reach your middle unit. There is ample space to drive and park, but caution is essential. Make sure to park in the correct designated lanes based on the unit you are renting.
đ¶ Infants: We welcome infants, but please note we do not provide outlet plugs, foam guards, a crib, or a pack-n-play.
âïž A/C & Heat: The thermostat is programmed to reset automatically at 10 AM and 5 PM daily, ensuring efficiency when the home is unoccupied. Feel free to adjust the temperature to your comfort when home.
