“Glad I was able to book so quick since the Fitz casino and hotel didn’t advertise 21 and older to stay on their Expedia listing and I had to find a place on short notice while still getting a reasonable price and close to the area. The only downsides were that the location was not easy to find and the GPS did a weird thing and changed the address I was searching for. “Not the best place, but the staff were nice and the bed was comfortable.”

“I was disappointed when they only had lavender shampoo because of an allergy to lavender. I went and asked the staff downstairs if they had any generic shampoo or shampoo like without lavender, even for sale. They said that’s the only shampoo they carry. They told us the pillows did not have feathers because of an allergy we can have them in our room however we found three pillows with feathers.. when we checked in Jam was super helpful. Found this hotel to be adequate. And in a good location....

“A central elevator was out of service forcing a longer walk to another at the side of the building. I thought it was odd to still see signs claiming vending was available on my floor when it was not, more unnecessary walking. Room was clean and decent with plenty of food choices surrounding the hotel, I walked to the adjoining taco themed restaurant for an excellent quesadilla and would recommend.”

“The hotel was very well managed and clean. My only comment is the ADA rooms should be closer to the elevator. We stay for 5 nights and my wife has difficulty walking. The elevator is in the middle of the hotel and the ADA/handicapped rooms are at the far end of the hallway. It works well for the guest in room 100 as it is directly next to access to the parking lot. For 300, it was a challenge. Possibly make some ADA rooms near the elevator, not fully handicapped but add the rails in the...
