Apartment 'Jess Rostock' with Shared Terrace, Garden, and Wi-Fi

Located in Rostock, the Jess apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday (for vacationers only, not suitable for tradespeople). The 45 m² accommodation features a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest WC, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. High-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, TV, children's books, and toys are provided. There is also a table tennis table in the basement. A baby cot and high chair are available. Towels can be found in the bathroom cabinet under the window next to the WC. Please bring your own soap.



The property offers a shared outdoor area with a garden, open terrace, covered terrace, and barbecue, all available for guests to use. Public transport is within walking distance. Free street parking is available.



Two children aged six or older can sleep under the sloped roof, while younger children can stay in the parents' bedroom. The tourist tax/guest card is available on site for an extra fee per day. Arrival and departure days each count as a full day. No spa card is provided. Pets and smoking are not permitted. Four bicycles are available.

One of the rooms is in the attic, directly under a sloped roof, accessible by a narrow, space-saving staircase. We recommend this room only for guests who can manage stairs easily, as it may not be suitable for everyone.
