Other Things to Note:
Please note that there is new construction on the neighboring property, and finishing work is currently being carried out. Therefore, there may be construction noise at times. Due to the work, the courtyard of the vacation accommodation on the ground floor will also be temporarily closed.

The key handover takes place via a key safe.
