"Nice room comfortable relaxing atmosphere clean. Fantastic location. Close to San Bento train station. Nosy if you are sensitive (middle of city and lot of traffic). Pillows are too soft, I prefer firm pillows. No garderobe. One rail to hang jackets. No transfer to aeroport. Personal is nice. General feeling is good, we feel rested in mornings and cozy at evening. Tv with comedy Chanel in English. All is good. We are happy customers. "

"I unintentionally made two reservations within minutes due to what appears to have been connection issues. The hotel clerk informed me of this, and I immediately started the process of cancelling one of the rooms. Despite the fact that the bookings were made only minutes apart and that I used just one room, hotel management refused to cancel the duplicate reservation or show any flexibility. This was not an attempt to misuse the system — it was an obvious booking error that could have been resolved with basic understanding and good customer service. Instead, the hotel chose to prioritize policy over fairness. Experiences like this are a clear example of how rigid profit-driven decisions can override common sense and customer care. The stay itself was fine, but the handling of this situation left a disappointing impression and made the experience feel unnecessarily rigid."

"Trevlig, proffsig personal, reception, städerskor, restaurang, spa. Vackert hotell i ett trevlig område. Utsikten över Porto var fin från rummet, restaurangen. Tom i poolen o bastun. Det va ngt skönt fridfullt över stället. Ingen sa ett ord om utcheckning, man kände sig välkommen! (På många andra hotell känns det som man blir ivägkörd). 10/10 stjärnor. Ett plus till damen som knackade på dörren på kvällen för att erbjuda choklad och kaffe! Vilken extra nivå av service!"

"Nice, clean, modern and spacious room. Breakfast was excellent! Reception employees were very professional and helpful. Good location with easy access to Douro river walk and other attractions. If I need a hotel in Porto again, I would definitely choose Hilton Gaia again! Thank you for a very nice experience :-)"
