Our unique historic century old home (newly renovated ) is tastefully designed to feel very comfortable & cozy to relax and hang out with the family.
Another fun feature is a “vintage massage chair” & infrared sauna upstairs .
Rose lane has a huge yard for your pets to run and play in.
3 min walk to beach/tennis court/play ground and ice fishing in the winter.
Rothesay offers lots of safe play grounds for kids, basketball courts/ice skating in winter. Close walking/hiking trails. Grocery stores/little fun shops/massage/hair studios/high end dinning/fast food restaurants

Master bedroom also has the option to be a secret "Adult/Red theme room" (can lock for privacy) for our more adventures guests (you can be your own 50 shades of grey or a fun romantic treat ! The hidden bedroom has a fun “new age Victorian/burlesque “ theme. A large Toy wall, which features everything from adult board games to the latest new toys & even some crazy BDSM items & novelties to try, & we are always improving! The room also includes a mirrored ceiling with ambient lighting , swing ,St Andrew’s cross, spanking bench , “machine “ , side bench, restraints, massage lotions, treats & more!!
Everything is washed and sanitized with EP-51 (hospital grade sanitizer) after every stay.
If you wish we can also put out rose petals/champagne or special requests at no extra charge !
Pineapple & small party Friendly. (Hosts do not come with room haha)
The feed back we have been receiving from the room has been amazing! Parents can have a safe private space to re kindle love or just try new things & make memories after the kids go to bed, or it’s Perfect for anniversaries or special occasions & a great surprise for a loved one!
