Very nice older home, very clean and everything you needed. Stairs are a bit steep to upstairs bedrooms and 2nd shower and bathroom in basement, which is expected but want to note for older individuals. This is a wonderful, quiet place, I would come to again.

Quant Home in Industrial Neighborhood

Property was clean and cozy but the 2nd bathroom was in unheated basement (undisclosed) and the mattresses in all 3 bedrooms left something to be desired.
