Lovely home just minutes from the beach and golf course

Relax at the private pool and outdoor dining area, this home offers 3 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeping for 8 guests . Large living area and dining area.
There is a TV in the living room and a TV in the master bedroom. Both are smart TVs and you can log into your app or plug in your Roku. The living room TV has minimal cable for local news or music.
Full kitchen, BBQ grill, garage parking, WiFi, laundry and more.
The pool area is screened in and the pool is heated.
There is a security camera with motion activated lights on the front of the house. The front door has a WiFi controlled lock with a camera. These cameras are accessible by the owners only.
A professional pool service maintains the pool and a lawn service takes care of the grass. They may stop out while you are there but we will let you know ahead of time.
Supermarket, churches , salons, restaurants, or anything you need only a short drive away. This property is located in a quiet neighbor.
Rotunda West is home to 10 golf courses and there are a total of 57 golf courses within 20 miles of this property. A true golfers paradise.
There are many nature areas nearby with hiking trails and opportunity to see abundant wild life.
If you like to fish, there are numerous fishing piers in the area. Charter captains willing and able to book your trip for Tarpon, Trout , Snook, and more. Nearby Port Charlotte is considered the Tarpon capital of the world.
We are close to Englewood beach and a 30minute drive to Venice beach.
Gasparrila island is about a 15 minute drive. Home to the historic village of Boca Grande, known for its sugar sand beaches, blue water, and world class fishing. Plenty of shopping and fine dining. Boca Grandes breathtaking beauty makes it a destination for high profile weddings and residences for elites seeking privacy.
There is a lot to do around here, or you can just stay in and enjoy the peace and quiet

Relaxing stay

Our stay here was great. We were able to visit family and host family that live in the area. We all loved the heated pool and put it to good use. The house was comfortable and well equipped. The host was attentive to our requests and responded quickly. The area was pleasant and within a short driving distance to great restaurants and beaches. The house was perfect for our stay.

Quiet,relaxing

If you’re looking for quiet relaxation, a place to read, this fits perfectly. Accomodates families well, but not set up for the 2 and under age group. (No high chair, crib/pack&play, and a lot of sharp corners.) There were maintenance issues. New flooring was nice and more updates would be helpful. The beaches are easily accessible only 15-20 minutes away.

Our vacation in Florida

We enjoyed our visit to this VRBO. It was very clean and spacious. I loved having a washer and dryer available in the house. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood. A great location with reasonable access to several different great beaches. Our host was very responsive and took care of any issues during our stay in a timely manner. Girls Getaway 23

We had a fantastic time at this house.. A heated pool was used every day. The location was close to many restaurants ,and shops. The house had everything we needed, including 2 recliners, plenty of space for all of us. We would definitely consider returning another time. The only downside was the red tide-pffft. A very enjoyable ime.

Great property in nice neighborhood.

The only issue is that there was something in the house causing allergy issues. Possibly mold, from the roof being tarped. It was especially bad in the bedrooms.

Location was excellent. Neighborhood was great. House was spotless clean, salt water pool is the best. Golf courses and restaurants close by. Actually took me 4 minutes to a golf course I played. Steven was great with communications. WIFI was excellent throughout the house. Would come back again! Ron C.

Spacious and comfortable

My family enjoyed the layout of the home. It was nice being able to bbq and have the kids use the pool. The location is close to the store, beach, and fishing.

Wonderful getaway in a terrific area

Quiet neighborhood with plenty of amenities and close enough to anywhere you’d want to go combined with a clean home that is welcoming and fun. My whole family & I enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back again!
