Helt ny! 3 sovrum hem SE pool

Njut av denna helt nya (byggd 2018), 3 sovrum, 3 badrum hem med SE mot poolen (valfri elektrisk pool värme) ligger på Rotonda River.




Split planlösning hem, med sovrum på ena sidan av hemmet och två gästrum på motsatt sida som kommer att erbjuda integritet till alla.  Sovrummet och ett av gästrummen har alla king size-sängar. 




Familjerum, vardagsrum, matplats och sovrummet har alla stora skjutdörrar som öppnar den vackra paverblocket Lanai, med stor, eventuellt uppvärmd elektrisk pool och gott om utrymme att sola och njuta av en grillpool vid poolen.




Ligger på Rotonda River där du kan se många av Floridas infödda vilda djur i deras naturliga livsmiljö. Fiske är tillåtet, men snälla öva och fånga.




En av gäst sovrummen har två rulla sängar, sover 4 personer samt familjerummet är utrustad med en murphy säng, sover ytterligare 2 personer. 




Utrustad för en baby med en lek med lakan, barnstol, barnvagn, pottstol och trampstol för badrum.  Också några böcker, leksaker och pussel.




Välutrustat kök erbjuder gott om utrymme och utrustning om du föredrar att äta i eller vid poolen.    




Det finns 5 TV-apparater i huset, ett i vardagsrummet, ett i vardagsrummet och ett i varje sovrum men det i dubbelrummet är inte kabelanslutet, men det är en smart TV och har en blu- ray-spelare.  Familjerum TV med blu-ray-spelare.




Det finns 3 cyklar tillgängliga för din användning. Använd säkerhetsåtgärder eftersom ägare och EHM Rentals inte kan ansvara för olyckor. 




En kort bilresa till SW Floridas vackra stränder och många lokala attraktioner. Shopping ligger också inom en kort bilresa.  Många golfbanor ligger i Rotonda West för golfentusiasten att också njuta av.

Relaxing time

Stunning house, beautiful neighborhood, well equipped home, feels like you’re in a beautiful nature park with all the beautiful animals and landscaping. Short ride to Englewood Beach location for tons of restaurants. Definitely would rent again.

Fantastic Property!

Beautiful home, with all the amenities you could want! From the kitchen, garage, kids items, pool and beach equipment, WOW! We look forward to booking this home again or maybe buying one in the same area in the future. Quit neighborhood and the canal was fun to watch the alligator and fish. Don't miss out on a great home.

Awesome vacation!

Wow ! Our 2 week stay at this property was great! The house is perfect in every way. It is furnished with everything you need for cooking, for the pool, and for the beach. We have no complaints and look forward to staying again next year.

Good and Bad at the same time.

Stayed here 20SEP2020 TO 27SEP2020. House is brand new. Fairly new. Nice layout. Nice upgrades throughout. Pool. Not easily impressed, so we have several recommendations. We will stay somewhere else next time. Issues: Outside of the house and pool area is infested with bugs and rodents. Thankfully they had bug killer in the garage that I used every day so the ants wouldn't attack 3 toddlers. Closet lights were not working in the master bedroom and guest bedroom. Maintenance replaced it on our last day...Gas Grill in pool area does not ignite so I used a match to light it. If you don't know what you are doing that can be very dangerous and is a law suit waiting to happen FYI. Online description stated cable TV in severalrooms. There is no cable TV here. They have TV plus which is a free streaming network through Samsung. Not cable. Owners stated they paid the bill and its on. So we had no cable out entire stay. When they stay there I'm sure they have cable. Owners are not involved whatsoever and BRENDA the property manager is non-existent. She was useless our entire stay. We recieved better communication through the Maintenance Team. Actually. I never even spoke to BRENDA because she never replied to my messages. Overall, we had a good time. Place needs to be reevaluated before the next guest. As a owner of several rental properties, YOU can do better. First thing, I call the firing of EHM Rentals and Property Management. What are you paying them for again?... Family of 4 and family of 3 stayed here.

Ultimate vacation home

I have rented many upscale homes over the years but all pale in comparison to this home. The owners have spared no cost and have touched on every detail to make their home feel like ours. The beds/pillows/linens are four stars. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for gourmet meals. The cleanliness will meet even the most particular guest. This property has just raised the bar for other rental properties and we are already talking about our return!

on a Mission in SW Florida

This stay was for a search for a replacement rental property in SW Florida from the sale of a Colorado property. This newer property is located in the SE Rotonda area. Either side of the Rotonda gives your access to SW beaches in a relative short time (in SW Florida terms). We were close enough to the causeway ($6) to Boca Grande where Emerald beaches (the best we visited this trip) which are public accessible in state park areas or head north to Manasota Key- with the three beaches we found and super ENJOYED each! Note two of the Manasota beaches we visited do not have the tourist bars and grills right on the beach- which was ok and more enjoyable for us on this trip. We had rented a pickup (easy to carry beach stuff- but not as functionally in small width roadways) and found the home had well condition/and equipped beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, etc for an enjoyable day at the beach. You really do not have to leave this property though- the pool can cool you off- or just lay back under the covered patio and watch the canal (to nowhere). At the time we went (off-season and during covid pandemic) you might hear someone talking occasionally. Lawn mower or construction in the distance when outside most of daylight work time. I did not consider any a negative- all of SW Florida is growing (for a reason!) This property has nice spacing between properties. We were a couple on a mission- but this property layout would have been great for three couples+ wanting a Florida "relaxation". Everything we wanted was available and very "new". My wife had no problems with ability to get a hold of - and talking with Brenda (property manager) when needed prior to arrival- she was very accommodating.

Dream home

The property is fantastic, and the rental process was a breeze. This home is beautifully decorated with high end furniture, and entertainment systems. We did a lot of cooking and there were a variety of dishes and even spices and oils in the cupboards. As far as beach supplies go, there were several nice chairs, 2 umbrellas, beach toys, and even a beach cart. We had 8 in our group and had plenty of room. My husband and I slept on the Murphy bed in the rear family room/den, and it was very comfortable. I hope to stay here again in the future!!
