## Space
This beautiful 80 m² apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a secure building with an elevator, close to the famous Place du Vieux Marché in Rouen (Right Bank).
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a countertop and high table for convivial meals. You can prepare your dishes just like at home with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine.
The 3 separate bedrooms are furnished with double beds (140x200) and provided with bed linen for comfortable nights. One of the bedrooms also includes a workspace.
The fully renovated bathrooms include a vanity unit, towel rack, shower, and bathtub.
Additional amenities in the apartment include a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, clothes drying rack, ironing board, and iron.
The apartment is equipped with fiber-optic internet and a TV.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
Parking: There is no private parking, but street parking is available nearby according to local rates.
We kindly ask you to take care of the apartment and respect the property and the neighbors. A pre-authorization on your credit card will be requested via a secure link to finalize your booking and receive the access codes.
Would you like to extend your stay? A single fee of €10 applies for early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability and prior approval.

Just a two-minute walk from the Vieux Marché, in the heart of Rouen’s Right Bank, this charming fully renovated four-room apartment enjoys a prime location, perfect for discovering and fully enjoying the city. Rouen train station is only 10 minutes on foot, the Right Bank quays are 7 minutes away, and the famous Vieux Marché square is just 2 minutes away. You will have easy access to all the delights of Rouen life: local shops, bars, restaurants, boutiques, museums, and fitness centers.
The Vieux Marché district is one of the most iconic and historic areas of Rouen. Highlights include the central square, Sainte-Jeanne-d’Arc Church, and the Halles with their covered market. The area is lively, with numerous cafés, brasseries, and restaurants offering a wide range of cuisine, from traditional Norman specialties to international dishes. Outdoor terraces provide pleasant views of the square and are ideal for relaxing.

Self-check-in is available for added flexibility, starting from 4:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. The apartment is managed by our team, available 7 days a week from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Upon arrival, you will find:
- Bed linens and towels for all guests
- Essential toiletries for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper…)
- One large towel per guest, along with dish towels and a bath mat for each bathroom
- A welcome kit including kitchen and bathroom trash bags, a sponge, and dishwashing liquid, provided for the duration of your stay
We are committed to making your stay enjoyable. However, please note that we are not a hotel: mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refresh, restocking of essentials, or additional services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.
To ensure a pleasant stay, please respect the following rules:
- Treat the apartment as if it were your own
- Respect the furnishings and leave the apartment clean upon departure
- Follow instructions regarding check-in/out times and the use of facilities
- Respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood
Please note:
Parties are strictly prohibited (€250 will be deducted from the security deposit), The apartment is entirely non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the security deposit), Pets are not allowed (€50 will be deducted from the security deposit) unless approved in advance, Any loss, theft, or damage will be charged at replacement value.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in the termination of your reservation without notice.
