## Space

Treat yourself to a break at Le Nicole, a duplex apartment on the ground floor of a secure residence in the ChĂątelet district of Rouen. Designed to combine comfort and practicality, this accommodation is ideal for business travellers or visitors. Le Nicole is a ground-floor apartment with a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and a shower room. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with its own television and bathroom with toilet. Enjoy the private balcony and designated parking space in the basement.

The ground floor welcomes you with a fitted and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing your meals. You will find a hob, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine (large capsules), oven and washing machine. The lounge area offers moments of relaxation with its sofa. You can also make use of the shower room located on this level.

Upstairs, two bedrooms await you, each equipped with a television for your moments of relaxation, storage space and a work console. The bathroom with WC completes this level for added convenience.

Bed linen and household linen are provided in the accommodation for your comfort.
No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you can park your vehicle in the streets near the accommodation according to the city's current parking rates. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which can be reached 7 days a week from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00. We kindly ask you to take care of the accommodation and to respect the premises and the neighbourhood. To this end, you will be asked to provide a bank imprint via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

The ChĂątelet district in Rouen is well served by public transport, making it easy for you to get to the city centre and the surrounding area. Here are the main options available:

Line 20: Connects Bihorel, Rouen and Saint-Aubin-Épinay, with stops near the Chñtelet district.
Line F2: Connects the neighbourhood with Rouen city centre and Mont-Saint-Aignan.
Line 40: Connects the neighbourhood with the Mont-Saint-Aignan campus, Rouen city centre and the Bois-Guillaume hospital centre.

Line T2: Serves the neighbourhood with a stop at the ‘Chñtelet’ station, facilitating access to the main areas of Rouen.

Arrivals are self-service for greater flexibility. Arrivals are from 16:00 and departures must be no later than 11:00.

The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10:00 to 21:00). In the apartment, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as one large towel per person, along with tea towels and one bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is offered free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.

We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any cleaning during the stay, fresh linen/towels, restocking of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the Archiduchesse tourist booklet, our tips with promotional codes for our selected partners, and the instructions for arriving at your accommodation.

The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers various services to make your stay more enjoyable: baby equipment hire, luggage services, shuttle, babysitting, gourmet boxes, tourist visits, events (marriage proposals, birthdays, themed rooms, etc.) and much more! When renting, it is important to respect a few rules to ensure that everything goes smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Remember to take care of the accommodation as if it were your own: avoid causing damage, respect the furniture and leave the premises clean when you leave. Respect the instructions, whether they concern timetables or the use of equipment, and respect the tranquillity of the neighbourhood. And if a small problem arises, don't hesitate to let us know. Please remember that parties are strictly prohibited (€250 will be deducted from the deposit), that the accommodation is completely non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the deposit), that animals are not allowed (€50 will be deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the real replacement value.

Conciergerie inutile, difficilement joignable, et qui ne prend pas en charge les demandes, malgrĂ© plusieurs relances (en particulier aucune casserole utilisable car non compatibles avec les plaques Ă  induction).Quartier trĂšs populaire.Toutes les fenĂȘtres sont au nord, il y a donc trĂšs peu de soleil dans l'appartement.Aucune intimitĂ© : les baies vitrĂ©es donnent sur la rue (rez-de-chaussĂ©e), et il n'y a pas de voilages.
