There is a patio right outside the door, a rose garden with Heirloom roses planted in honor of Dione's 9 grandchildren!
Rough & Ready is 4 mins from either Penn Valley or Grass Valley, and 5 mins to the Yuba River! a few more mins to Nevada City. It's a half hour to Auburn, 1 hr to both Sacramento and Incredibly Beautiful Lake Tahoe! there are many hiking and biking trails nearby. It has a Post Office and a fire Station featuring free monthly spaghetti dinners, a community hall that features karaoke & free monthly breakfast.

Also, I couldn't upload all the photos I wanted to due to a Verbo website error. The floor in LR area is laminate wood. Not carpet.(I had to upload a stock photo, There is carpet in bedroom, throw rugs in LR & kitch, bathroom.
