âWe stayed here for 3 nights and are very satisfied with our choice. The location is ideal. Itâs walkable to center of town and many touristâs attractions. We didnât use our car while staying here. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Our first night here, our room was very cold, and they immediately adjust the temperature. The breakfast is outstanding. They provide different breakfast menu every day, and we truly enjoyed it. We will stay here again when we visit Newport next time.â

âLovely renovated historic building. Very walkable area. The street is quite busy but the hosts thoughtfully provide ear plugs and a white noise machine for a good nights rest. The breakfast was light but tasty.â

âThe property consists of two rental units but this fact is not obvious from the pictures on the website. We did not get the rooftop deck with a view of the harbor. That belongs to the other unit. The sewer pipes are enclosed in the paper-thin walls of the first floor bedroom of our unit so every time someone flushes the toilet, uses the sink, takes a shower, you can hear water flowing through the pipes followed by loud clanging sound. Along with the loud music, people talking, chairs scraping...
