“Very nice. Check in was a breeze. The lady that checked us in was a delight! So sweet. Room was nice, clean as well as bathroom. Loved that there was lots of towels🤗 Not that we needed them all, but nice to have instead of having to call for additional. Every person working at the front were happy & very welcoming. ”

“Everything was excellent! It has the traditional bed and breakfast atmosphere that we were hoping for. We enjoyed the secluded feel of the property right in the middle of town. We didn't take advantage of the pool or hot tub, but they looked clean and ready had we been prepared. The Garden Room was clean and ready--although simple, had just what we needed. The bed was a bit too firm for our liking and the pillows a little too airy. The owners were pleasant and prepared us a great breakfast...

“A little gem at a very reasonable price. Large, clean, quiet and very well equipped rooms with stove, fridge and microwave. Large comfortable bed with clean sheets. Great location for Brenham, Burton, Roundtop and vicinity. Simple breakfast is just toast, cereal, muffins and fruit but it’s included in the price. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area. ”
