“Medelmåttligt hotell, ena toaletten var sunkig ! Väldigt enkel frukost !”

“Place looked dirty, Carpets need replacing, they were worn, The table in room 202 where i was needs replacing, the surface/paint was lifting, not up to my living Standard, the only thing the sheets on the bed looked clean, only stayed 15 minutes , then Checked out,had to find a room elsewhere, I should have read the reviews first, they said it all.”

“Really cosy and an ideal location. The only negatives were, Parking was a bit of a challenge and the bed was a bit bobbly bedding wise. Other than those a fantastic property which has everything you need for a comfortable stay.”

“Betagande vackert läge, hög servicenivå, trevlig personal, god mat, rent, charmiga rum och trevliga sällskapsytor. Dessutom fint spa och gym. Inte mycket att klaga på! Ett gammalt engelskt gods som man vill att det skall vara.”

“Carol runs a beautiful place and always makes us.welcome”

“Great stay. Lovely clean rooms with great views. Very nice breakfast and friendly and helpful host. And pub with good food (and prices) just a stone's throw away. Would highly recommend.”

“Väldigt bra hotell mitt inne i Leeds centrum . Rummet var helt tyst trots läget . Duschen var en sk regndusch med bra tryck . Sängarna var super bekväma .”

After a couple of nights one veryhelpful person at reception moved us to a better room which was appreciated. The property is in a good location but this experience was not as good as our previous visits.”

“Absolut det bästa hotellet vi har bott på😊. Rent och fräscht och fantastiska tjejer i receptionen. Vi kommer tillbaka och då tar vi med oss resten av familjen. ”

“Helt Ok, men inte wow. Ligger väldigt bra”

“Nice surroundings and good breakfast. The rooms where ok but the spear sofa was not nice.”

“Stunning building. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice touch having cans of still water in the fridge and a little bottle of fresh milk for the coffee and tea. Shower was easy to operate and towels were a generous size. Extractor fan turned on automatically once you are near the bathroom area. Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. Everything was so fresh and cooked to perfection. Scrambled eggs were delicious and fluffy. Coffee was from a machine that was self operated but it was a...
