“Room was clean, breakfast at the hotel was good and there were plenty of options nearby if you wanted something else. Hotel staff was super accommodating as we missed our flight connection and couldn't fly out until the next morning. They checked us in over the phone so we could just pick our room key up at the desk and get into ourroom when we arrived.”

“We stayed at this hotel for a wedding (wedding was incredible) and this hotel left us disappointed. It’s by far the worst Hyatt I’ve stayed at. First room smelt heavily of smoke so we were promptly switched to a new room but that bathroom was covered in hair. We mentioned this at the front desk and were met with attitude. Wasn’t appreciated. On our third day we needed more towels and after requesting at the front desk, we finally got new towels more than 2 hours later. The rooms are outdated...
