“Our overall stay was amazing. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and I would especially like to thank the reception team for assisting us in sending our cabin bag to the airport after we realized we had left it at the hotel—this was greatly appreciated. The location is excellent: the airport is only an 8-minute drive away, and Santa Claus Village is just a 7–10 minute walk. We stayed as two families with three kids, and the hotel’s plastic sleds were a huge convenience, making it easy...

“The rooms were clean, new and spacious. The glass ceilings were perfect for seeing the sky. What stood out thr most was the attentives staff. They were incredibly friendly and responsive and made sure we had everytbing we wanted, even if it was some food for the reindeer late at night”

“The service provided was good and the chalet was absolutely wonderful. Parking was free and close to the chalet. If you have a car it’s only a few minutes away from Santa’s village and the city of Rovaniemi. Taxis are readily available for those who prefer that. Provided the sky is clear you’ll likely see a lot of aurora borealis. Bring warm clothes, because the temperature was between -10 and -29 celsius during our stay.”

“Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på Arctic Light Hotel i Rovaniemi. Vid incheckningen möttes vi av otroligt vänlig och professionell personal som verkligen fick oss att känna oss välkomna. Rummet var både modernt och mysigt. Frukosten varierad, fräsch. Läget är dessutom perfekt, mitt i Rovaniemi, med gångavstånd till restauranger, butiker och aktiviteter. Trots det var det lugnt och tyst på rummet Arctic Light Hotel levererade på alla punkter. ”
