“Clean room, parking and the staff meet our expectations.”

“I had an absolutely horrible stay at Motel 6 Ogden Downtown. I specifically booked this hotel because of the pool, and although the water was crystal clear and looked perfectly fine, we were not allowed to use it the entire time. Every time I took a bath, water leaked under the baseboards into the room, and despite reporting it multiple times, nothing was ever done during my seven-day stay. “Upon arrival, we were informed that they were painting the outside, renovating, and the hot tub didn’t work. Also walking to our room, the carpet was torn up and tripping hazard not to mention the garbage piled up outside a room that sat for 2 days. No warning to any of it and we had booked weeks prior. Also the breakfast bar worked half the time.”

“Place is very nice. Has a great view. The hot tub was nice though the cover is damaged and doesn’t buckle down. The Internet was too slow to use the TV upstairs and unfortunately it didn’t have an over the air option. Downstairs worked great. Check in and check out were very easy and the place was super easy to find. ”

“Room was clean however the carpets are very dated and dingy. Front office was very friendly and worked with us as we got there early. ”
