âHad four great nights in this hotel. Been in Sri Lanka for over 15 years but this was my first visit here. Itâs a place of rest and recovering. The staff was actually one of the best I ever had. I guess the manager doing a great work with his team. For sure I will comeback again. â

âBeautiful hotel with amazing service! Wonderful garden and location with a fantastic pool and the best breakfast experience we got in Sri Lanka! Mountbatten Bungalow also had the best and most comfortable bed on our trip.
It's really REALLY hard to find the hotel, no signs what so ever until you are at the door. It was impossible to find and the driver was searching for it for an our down the hills. The number here doesn't work either. It's really far from Kandy city, maybe 20 minutes or...

âNeues Zimmer wirkt wie frisch gestrichen und alles sauber. Freundliches Personal. Zum Lunch hatten wir paar Kleinigkeiten bestellt, waren leider nicht durch gekocht, abends aĂen wir auswĂ€rts. In 20 Min mit dem Tucktuck im botanischen Garten.

âI would not recommend anyone to stay here ever!! The guy who works in the reception tries to fool you every now and then; like telling you the wrong informations about nearby things, tries to charge you for things you are not supposed to pay for etc.
The breakfast that we have paid for (included in our booking) was not good at all. We felt like he just took what he had home that day and served that.
The room was poorly cleaned when we arrived, and we had to ask for sheets and towels....
âBad rooms. Not clean. Ac didnât work. No lock on door (padlock) had to go back to reception. Once for room key. Once for ac. There was no top blanket on the bed. Do not stay here. â
âThis is SPAM! I arrived to this at 9pm. and no body was there!!! We started knocking, and the tuk tuk driver started calling the number, we could hear the inside phone ringing while we were calling, but no body answered!
The tuk tuk driver called many times and different numbers without an answer!!!
We were exausted after our two flights and a long bus, and at the end we couldn't find a place to sleep in beacuase of this SPAM stupid place!!!
I want my money back!!!â

"We enjoyed staying at the hotel very much . The terrace with the pool, bar and restaurant was wonderful. The breakfast was nice and we also had grill buffet in the restaurant. All the staff were so friendly and helpful.
The room was worn here and there, especially the floor should be refurbished.
