“Facility - 8/10. Slightly old and some spots on the carpet but overall, good. Staff - 11/10. Amazing staff. They are the best part of this place. Breakfast - 2/10. limited option. Only omelet available to order. You get water, watermelon juice, 1 type of fruit, cereal +milk, bread, 1 hot main and 1 hot side dish as buffet style. “Very well situated and convenient hotel. Offers airport transfer (complimentary). Breakfast is filling but quite basic. Aircon couldn't get the temperature in the room below 25 C, but was not as noisy as I was expecting after some other reviews. ”

“Spacious and clean rooms. Old style as no renovation since opening 2000. Cool asmosphere as this is probably the only chance to stay in an old palace. Food expensive and not tasty although we didn’t discover the restaurant at 6 floor until last day”

“It's a fine hotel overall. The room we booked and paid for weeks before arrival wasn't available. The airport transfer was unpredictable both times we used it. You need to book your own taxi if you want to be sure.”

“The rooms are quite clean. friendly staffs. They've helped me and gave me useful information. There are a big supermarket, restaurants and coffee café are near the hotel. It's a bit far from the the attractions but it's suitable for the guests who want to stay the quiet place. But it's not a big problem because I used the Dart (the application like Grab or Uber) to go anywhere. It's very convenient. ”

“市街地の出るには、55番のバスのみ。おそらく１時間に２本。（55番のバスが2台しか運航していないと思います）　遊園地が近い。徒歩圏内。　ジムがあったが、使用できない状態だったので、設備には不満の評価をした。このため、外をジョギングすることになってしまったが、エンパイヤホテルの海岸線はジョギングに最適。往復8Kmくらい。”
