Mobile Home E-1 at Safe Harbor Brady Mountain on Lake Ouachita!

Our lake front mobile home is perfect for a family vacation! It has a beautiful wood finish throughout the entire unit. It sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms and two bath. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a spacious bathroom that features a
large tub, stand-up shower and a walk-in closet! Just outside the master bedroom is the kitchen and dining that features a table that seats 6! The second third bedrooms have a queen bed and two twins; they also share a guest bathroom. This unit also features a nice deck and an electric grill for outside entertaining!
This mobile home is conveniently located near our camp store, basketball court, disc golf course, swimming pool, laundromat, and courtesy dock!

Come and enjoy the fun at Safe Harbor Brady Mountain on Lake Ouachita in Royal, Arkansas! Don’t miss out on this beautiful oasis! Any boater’s paradise and one of the cleanest lakes in the country! Bring your own boat or rent one from the marina! We offer 3 different styles of pontoons for daily rentals! Whether the kids are sliding into the cool water from our double decker pontoons, or you’re lounging with friends cruising the shoreline of our 42-mile lake, you are sure to enjoy your time here! Also stop by and browse our camp store for lake toys and souvenirs!

Guest is responsible for leaving the unit in the same condition (with normal usage) as it was found at arrival. The registered guest will be charged for any and all damages to the room found during or after departure.

Lake Quachita Weekend Fun

Unfortunately, where the home is located you don't have any views of the lake, a short walk down to the boat ramp provides a beautiful view of the sunset. There was adequate space for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, however, a couple of pieces of furniture were broken upon arrival. We were disappointed that the restaurant was no longer open, and food was only available from a food truck.

Could use some improving.

The place is very nice but they need to step it up some. Very low staffed. Store hours ridiculous. They close at 4:30 in the afternoon and the next store is miles away. If your going to close at 4:30 at least get an Ice vending machine! ABSOLUTELY no wi-fi. Come on this is 2024! Cell service is horrible. Again this is 2024! Get your restaurant going and serve breakfast! Couldn't even get a beverage at the bar because of the lack of staff! With some small improvements could go from 3 stars to 5 stars!

Bed was not a Queen in the master suite as listed

The bed in the master suite was a Queen box springs with a regular size mattress on top, I would have never booked a rental with a regular size bed period. It is a big no no after sleeping on a king size bed at home. It made for three nights of little sleep elbow to elbow. The floor was dirty and no broom was available. There were only five forks. We bought a five pack of forks & spoons from Dollar Tree down the road. We had spaghetti the first night & there was no strainer.

Lots of space

Nice trailer, plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kiddos. Only complaint is front door was contrary to unlock and when kiddos crawled around on the floor their sweats picked up what looked like pet hair.

Could use a couple of upgrades.

The cabin was very nice and clean. However, I have a couple of suggestions. Some ceiling fans would make the bedrooms and living area cooler. Also, the shower and bath were very slippery, and I was constantly in fear of slip and falls. Some strips would be highly recommended.
