“Nice room and good location”

“The Zalmans restaurant is fabulous. All staff that I met were great especially Bilal or "Bill". He fixed as best he could some bad stuff in the bathroom. He should run the place as his attention to detail is excellent. We talked about what I do with hotels and his knowledge. He asked if I would do an operational audit of the place. I said probably depending on my time. I'm coming back on Sunday night for a few days so maybe then. It's normally $25,000 but Bill was so good and convincing I'm...

“The bathroom grout was full of mold both on the tile and the floor.”

“Highly recommended”

“Quick and easy check-in. service at a high level. Breakfast had a good selection. Clean rooms nothing to complain about. Extra big thanks to Erik for his kindness and service, that made us book two more nights at the end of our trip with you. Best hotel stay in USA. ”

“Nice hotel with relax/pool and complimentary buffet.”

“This hotel will definitely fool you! The lobby/front desk area is clean and presentable. The actual hall corridors, elevators and rooms are filthy! One of the elevators did not work causing me to walk up 3 flights of stairs. The hallway wreaks of an old mold smell. The room itself was dirty and had gnats flying around in the bathroom. I would not stay here ever again.”

“Very nice hotel, clean, quite and good staff. The lady at the breakfast was amazing. ”
