Primary bedroom:

Guest bedroom #1:

Bunk room:

We’ve curated our backyard to be a magical oasis, surrounded by greenery and palm trees. Bask in the sun-rays from the daybed, dip in the pool with a soothing waterfall, or soak up the Vitamin D on one of the super cool in-pool lounge chairs. Later on, cook up a tasty barbeque dinner to enjoy al fresco style. Then sip on cocktails and a hot tub soak under the stars. Wrap up in a luxury bathrobe and you’ll feel like royalty.

Our charming home is situated in a safe, upscale neighborhood of the charming community, Royal Palm Beach, Florida. This is one of the best neighborhoods for a relaxing, safe, and quiet getaway that’s still close to everything the Palm Beach area has to offer. You’re also just a quick drive away from West Palm Beach and the beautiful, sandy Florida shoreline.

If you’re looking for outdoor recreation, Commons Park is a must. This expansive urban park offers playgrounds, splash pads, walking trails, and picnic areas. It’s an idyllic spot for families to spend fun quality time together.

Guests will also be really close to Royal Palm Beach Pines Natural Area. Nature lovers will adore exploring the diverse ecosystems of wetlands and pine forests. This spot is great for birdwatching, hiking, and unique wildlife sightings.

The nearby Jim Brandon Equestrian Center is also a cool place to witness horse shows and special events. You can even try horseback riding lessons. This is a big equestrian region, so get involved in the local culture!

The nearest airport to our property in Royal Palm Beach is Palm Beach International Airport (PBI / KPBI), just 11 miles away.

The drive from the airport to our home takes about 25 minutes.

📌 Important Notes (Things to Know Before Booking)

💳 Security Deposit Hold – A $500 pre-authorization hold will be placed on the card on file before or during your stay as a security deposit.

🔒 Security Cameras – Exterior security cameras are installed at the front of the house only for property security and guest safety. There are no cameras inside the home.

🚨 Safety Equipment – The home is equipped with smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, and first aid kits.

🐾 Pet-Friendly – Housebroken pets are welcome for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your pup.

🏊 Pool Safety – The backyard is fenced, but the pool itself is not gated. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while in or around the pool area.

⚠️ Use of Amenities – Use of the pool, spa, hammocks, bunk beds, exercise equipment, court, firepit, and other provided amenities is at the guest’s own risk. Children should always be properly supervised.

🏡 Respect Our Neighbors – Please respect the comfort of our neighbors and keep indoor and outdoor noise at a reasonable level.

🚫 No Parties, Smoking, or Recreational Drugs – Parties, smoking, and recreational drugs of any kind are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.

👥 Registered Guests Only – Only guests included on the reservation are permitted at the property. Unregistered visitors or additional guests are not allowed.

⏰ Check-In & Check-Out – Please respect the scheduled check-in and check-out times. Our cleaning team needs the full turnover period to thoroughly clean and prepare the home for every stay.

💰 Refund Processing Fee – If you cancel within the applicable refundable cancellation period, 5% of the total payment will still be deducted as a processing fee.

💳 Damages/Cleaning – Excessive mess, additional cleaning, or property damage may result in extra charges.

🛋️ Furniture Policy – Please do not move, rearrange, or remove furniture or décor.

🍽️ No Food in Bedrooms – Please enjoy meals and snacks in designated dining and common areas only.

🔕 Quiet Hours – Quiet hours are from 7 PM to 8 AM. Please keep indoor and outdoor noise to a respectful level during these hours.

💧 Use of Amenities – The pool, spa, court, firepit, hammocks, bunk beds, exercise equipment, and other amenities are provided for guest enjoyment and are used at guests’ own risk.
★ The Backyard is fenced, but the pool is not gated, please ensure children are under adult supervision in the pool area at all times.
★ We ask that our guests respect the comfort of our neighbors and keep noise levels reasonable.
★ No parties, smoking, or recreational drugs of any kind are allowed on the premises.
★ Please be kind to our furniture and property. Do not rearrange the furniture.
★ No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining area.
★ Guests that are not on the reservation are not permitted.
★ Damages and extra cleaning will be charged to the credit card on file.
