“Small, boutique property well cared for by owners who have restored it to be in line with its interesting history. Super easy check-in and checkout and close to the historic downtown.”

“Front desk staff were nice, rooms were well kept. Bar was not well stocked and unattended. Parking fee was not mentioned and it’s $10 a night. ”

“Room in deplorable condition. Property looks like 100 years old and never renovated. Chair torn, drapes hanging down, bathroom door wouldn’t close, floor filthy, stained blanket. Have totally lost confidence in accuracy of Expedia reviews as this property is as far from Excellent than you can get.”

“We had a wonderful stay at The Cozy Inn! I am very picky when it comes to american hotels/inns, but we were happily surprised by this gem. We had the St Augustine room, nr 33. - Felt like your own cozy apartment. - Nice beds. - Beautiful walk to downtown, we went by the beautiful Magnolia Avenue on our walks. - Loved the hard floors (feels cleaner). It was worth every penny. Thank you for having such a nice atmosphere att your inn! ”

“A/c didn’t work properly, room very humid, windows directly by street and let in light all night, bathroom weirdly configured with low water pressure, furniture had stains, mildly unpleasant experience. ”

“Room looks ok and beds were comfortable, but walls are paper thin, you could hear everything your neighbour's did and said. Found one alive small cockroach in bathroom and one lizard (lizard didn't bother me and I know they run into rooms really fast) but cockroach isn't ok. Refrigerator hadn't been cleaned. Breakfast was good and typical for what you get if breakfast is included.”

“The room was spacious. It even had a little kitchenette. It was very clean too. The room and property are a little worn out. If you're expecting new and shiny this is not the place for you. It gas seen better days, but nothing that a fresh coat of paint wouldn't take care of. Its also convenient to historic St. Augustine. ”
