“The location is convenient to everything in Saint Augustine and Saint Augustine Beach. The staff was very professional. Breakfast was OK, not great, but OK. It seems all hotels are serving those fluorescent yellow reconstituted scrambled eggs. YUCK! I did have yogurt and hot coffee.”

“We had a wonderful stay at The Cozy Inn! I am very picky when it comes to american hotels/inns, but we were happily surprised by this gem. We had the St Augustine room, nr 33. - Felt like your own cozy apartment. - Nice beds. - Beautiful walk to downtown, we went by the beautiful Magnolia Avenue on our walks. - Loved the hard floors (feels cleaner). It was worth every penny. Thank you for having such a nice atmosphere att your inn! ”

“Room looks ok and beds were comfortable, but walls are paper thin, you could hear everything your neighbour's did and said. Found one alive small cockroach in bathroom and one lizard (lizard didn't bother me and I know they run into rooms really fast) but cockroach isn't ok. Refrigerator hadn't been cleaned. Breakfast was good and typical for what you get if breakfast is included.”

“Our stay was disappointing. The AC stopped working on the second night. the employee who came up insisted it was blowing cool air, even though it clearly wasn't. I gave it more time to see if it improved but it never did. Around 2 AM, I called again and explained that if the issue couldn't be fixed, I would prefer to check out the next day. After some back and forth, we were finally moved to another room. Unfortunately, that room had a gnat problem, with a worrisome amount of gnats flying...

We stayed with kids and loved hot tub and pool after a day of sightseeing. Place was super clean and stuff was nice. I loved the coffee machine in the lobby. The only thing I wish breakfast had more options like sausage, pastry or fruit for those who don’t like eggs and cereal”

“This property was disgusting!! We spent 2hrs cleaning the home, the backyard was moldy, dirty and the hanging cool chairs shown in pictures are filthy and the lighted area only lit a small corner! The doors were black and disgusting, the windows were filled with mud and dirt! The pictures are false advertising, the whole property were false advertised, I was mortified I spent ANY money on this property!! I will be reaching out to corporate for this matter! “DO NOT STAY HERE! ANYWHERE BUT HERE I came into town for three weeks to deal with my uncle’s estate. I booked this because it was relatively inexpensive and looked cute in the pictures. I love retro lodging. The room was very small but OK for just me. The bathroom was so small I had to sit sideways on the toilet. No plug in the bathroom either!
