Tucked away on a quiet one-way street just a 10-minute walk from both ends of vibrant Tunbridge Wells, Yew Cottage is a truly unique stay. This charming Georgian cottage, originally a coach house dating back to the 1800s, blends historic character with a cosy, light-filled atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.



Inside, the cottage feels both airy and welcoming, with a spacious, fully equipped kitchen that's ideal for cooking and gathering, along with a large pantry that houses laundry facilities for added convenience. Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms, including a twin room, a queen room, and a downstairs double room, providing ample space for families or groups. There is a double sofa bed available to sleep an extra 2 guests. This will need to be requested at the time of booking.



Outside, the secure south-facing garden offers a peaceful spot to enjoy the sunshine or wind down after a day exploring the town.



There is private parking available for one medium-sized vehicle, and additional on-street parking can be found nearby, although permits are required between 10 and 11am from Monday to Saturday.



Tunbridge Wells offers plenty to explore right on your doorstep, from the historic Pantiles with its charming cafés, boutiques, and regular markets, to beautiful green spaces such as Dunorlan Park and Calverley Grounds. For those looking to venture further afield, the stunning High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty surrounds the town, perfect for scenic walks and countryside pubs, while attractions like Scotney Castle, Sissinghurst Castle Garden, and Bewl Water are all within easy driving distance. The south coast, including Hastings and Rye, also makes for a wonderful day trip.
