From the moment you step inside, you will discover a cosy living area with a flat-screen TV, opening onto a fully equipped kitchen designed to meet all your needs, including a mixed gas/electric hob, electric oven, extractor hood, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and washing machine.

The sleeping area features three comfortable bedrooms, offering a variety of sleeping arrangements: one with a 160 cm bed, another with a 140 cm bed, and a third with a 90 cm bed complemented by a pull-out bed.

A shower room and a separate toilet complete the interior.

Baby equipment, including a travel cot and a high chair, is also available, making family stays easier.

Outside, you can fully enjoy a pleasant enclosed garden and a furnished terrace, perfect for outdoor dining around the gas plancha. During the hottest hours, the electric awning provides welcome shade, allowing you to relax in comfort.

Parking is available directly in front of the garage or in the driveway.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
