While we only stayed one night here, it was the perfect location to get away from the noise of town traffic yet very close to Hokitika and right on the way to the Hokitika Gorge. There were only two of us but perfect spot for family with children or couples travelling together.

WARNING: only hotel in the world with a 16:00 check in. If you can’t be bothered to staff the hotel at least leave a key box like every other hotel. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to waste waiting for 16:00 so checked into the Beachfront hotel in town for the same price and standard check in.

Cutest little tiny home set up on a gorgeous property. It was meticulously clean, with fresh linen and towles. I didnt meet the hosts, but everything was clearly communicated via the app which made the check in/out processes super simple.
