âThis was a great experience from start to finish. Easy parking nextdoor and fairly priced, lightning quick check-in, clean and comfortable room and surroundings, pleasant staff and in a good location. Can't ask for much more.
Didn't try the breakfast as my experience with breakfast in hotels in the US isn't that good so can't answer to that. But if you're like me and didn't want to take your chances with that there are some very nice breakfast places around. â

âLoved this and will be back again although i did book a balcony room arrived early at 3 and it was not ready but my friends was , no big deal but when we arrived back at 5 it was not ready yet . I opted for a king of the same floor as my friend but it was the same price with no real applogy . A price decrease was requested and they said they couldnt do that . That felt unhelpful and not great customer service but overall we enjoyed our stay â
âI stayed at the Ritz Carlton - Atlanta from Friday 9/5 until Monday 9/8 for a solo family reunion trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the cleaning crew did an excellent job maintaining the room and everyday I returned from my adventures, the room was clean and tidy. âThis hotel was everything you could ask for in a hotel stay. The front desk staff was super friendly. Nolan was who helped us and he was amazing. The parking is connected to the property in a safe garage. The rooms were exceptionally clean. No dust, the bathroom was mold free, and the furniture was in mint condition.
