Hotell med wi-fi i Rueda DO

"My room was so hot that I was sweating, the A/C wasn’t working and they only had one other room available nd it was just as warm so I stayed in my room and opened the windows wide all night which kind of evened it out. Late in the evening someone stepped in to my room and woke me up, apparently the man at the front desk had given the person my room not knowing I was in it. Early in the morning the cleaning people just stepped in to my room again which was a bit annoying. The four people at the front desk just laughed when I brought it to their attention. First night I bought an americano coffee that was 2.95€ which felt a bit much for what tasted like a cup of warm water with a slight coffee taste. On the positive side the hotel building is very nice and the breakfast is excellent."

"Sämsta personal jag någonsin mött på ett hotell. Tjejen i incheckningen visste inte hur man bemöter folk, sur o inte hjälpsam. Frukostenen är inte värd 50 cent. Crosspoint var riktigt gammal, man får betala extra för påtår, yoghurt kostar extra. Vår Däremot var kvinnan som städade mycket trevlig, så hon borde vara i receptionen. Byt hela personalstyrkan o ta dit personal som är trevliga o service inriktade. Vi återkommer aldrig hit igen. Eskil o Lena "
