“We stayed several nights at this hotel. It was very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Would stay here again on our next trip to Branson.”

“The hot breakfast was a good variety and had something for everyone. The staff was helpful if you had a need. The shower in my room was designed for handicap persons. My only complaint was mold. It was molded all the way around the edges of the walk in shower.”

“We had a clean room. The breakfast was fair. The coffee was not satisfactory. It tasted old or something. There was no creamer, we asked for it and was told they did not have any. 😳”

“Everyone was friendly- the elevator and hallways and stairways were not very clean. The breakfast was good/ but no fruit of any kind- and that is what I eat. Rooms were ok but I didn’t get towels until the third day. It was a modest place and we were fine.”

“Great place to stay for a few days to explore Branson. The pool was under renovation and even though the room was amazing.. it was missing a full mirror.. ladies need this.. Also the tub had a hose that leaked.. otherwise great area quiet and safe..”

Perhaps some additional training for those two as the only answers or resolutions offered were to wait and talk to their manager the next morning. Also, the hotel was overbooked - we paid for a king plus sofa bed and they put us in a hearing impaired room that was incredibly dirty - there was sticky residue on the nightstand, it looked as though the room was thrown together last minute with the oldest furniture in...

“The room was clean and comfortable even though it was tiny. The staff was friendly and helpful. The building is very charming. We didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant on site but we did order drinks at the bar and enjoyed them on the patio which was lovely. The only negative thing I have to say is that the entire building has an odor that is very off putting. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.”

“Our room was filled with massive condensation. Our clothes were damp. The bathroom floor was so wet, it was dangerous. By the 2nd night, the comforter was totally damp. The papers on the dresser were ruined. We ended up calling it the Weird room and should have asked for our money back. Luckily, we were so in live, we let it go. Will not stay here again though”

“So I stayed at this hotel about 5 years ago when it was the RADISSON HOTEL and it was beautiful and clean. This time... not so much. You can tell that it has so much potential but definitely needs to be upgraded. There was no charging port for my phone near the bed. No microwave in the room. We were on the 7th floor and when we stepped off the elevator, the smell was not welcoming. Once in the room, it was better but still lacked "clean" or beautiful. Its wasn't a bad experience, it just...
