Many lakes, avenues, healthy nature. The 570 m² villa with 4500 m² garden is located on the Warnow. You use a tastefully furnished living room with fireplace and large flat screen TV , the dining room with large table and garden view , a fireplace room with library , a large and modern kitchen , five bedrooms including one on the ground floor ( 4 upstairs / two with large loggia ) , 4 bathrooms and a guest toilet , as well as a spacious terrace with plenty of garden furniture , of course there is also W -Lan and Internet . There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room.
Canoe hire ? Please book at least 4 weeks in advance.
The pool has 26-27 degrees warm water; the air 1 - 2 degrees more. And that despite our energy costs. Children are only allowed in the pool under supervision. The tarpaulin must always be pulled over the water when not bathing to prevent accidents! The fitness centre is not heated - use at your own risk.
