Beautiful with touches of rustic charm, Lazy Bear is the perfect Upper Canyon getaway, offering quiet serenity and incredible stargazing. This well-appointed cabin features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private hot tub, spacious deck areas, a large stone wood-burning fireplace, gas grill, and free WiFi.

Inside, the open living area is warm and inviting, with comfortable seating, a large TV, and a cozy fireplace-perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and ample space to prepare meals, with a breakfast bar and dining area that keep everyone connected.

Step outside to enjoy the peaceful forest setting from both the front and rear decks. Sip your morning coffee, take in the fresh mountain air, or relax in the private hot tub surrounded by pines. The outdoor space also features seating and a gas grill for easy outdoor dining.

The cabin comfortably sleeps guests with two king bedrooms, including a spacious primary suite with an ensuite bath. Both rooms offer comfortable furnishings, TVs, and plenty of space to settle in and feel at home.

Lazy Bear is a well-maintained, beautifully decorated cabin designed for comfort, relaxation, and enjoying the natural beauty of Ruidoso.

This cabin is pet-friendly for a fee of $35 plus tax per pet, per reservation-please let us know in advance if you will be bringing pets. Guests will receive a rental agreement via SMS text, WhatsApp (for international numbers), or email if no valid phone number is provided. Arrival instructions will be sent the same way on the day of arrival once the reservation is paid in full and the agreement has been completed.

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your reservation please review the following policy. An administration fee of $35 will be charged to all cancellations 14 days or more in advance, unless a reschedule has been agreed upon. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to check-in will be charged a 1 night fee including taxes and are subject to all other nights the Cabin or Room is not re-rented. If you do not show up for your reservation you will be charged in full. Sorry, no refund for early departure. We strongly recommend that you consider purchasing Trip Insurance to protect your investment. Full details can be found on our website.Please note Cancellation policies for Christmas and New Years (Inclusive Dec 20-Jan 5) differ significantly, they will be clearly explained in your rental agreement.
