Relax in luxury at "Axel's Place"-newly renovated Santa Fe style house in prestigious White Mountain Estates. Perched on a gently slopping hill, Axel's Place is overlooking Sierra Blanca peak. It boasts 4000sf of living space with magnificent mountain views from almost every room and amazing amenities-TV in every room, hot tub, pool table and wet bar in game room and more. Set on 1.5 acres this home offers privacy, tranquil relaxation and enjoyment of wild life- elk, deer, wild turkey and horses
This high-end mountain retreat is a sophisticated blend of southwestern, rustic, Asian and traditional design. It has four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, an office and a game room. Axel's Place combines functionality, style, technology and views seamlessly. The house is decorated with exquisite stoneware pottery collection, fine china, oriental antiques and fine art.

Step outside on the front patio and relax in comfortable craftsman rockers breathing in the fresh clean mountain air and feeling the mountain breezes brush over you.

As soon as you walk in the front door you are immediately greeted by the warmth and the happy vibe of this home. The great room opens to 12ft ceilings with wooden beams (vigas) and two spacious living rooms with a wall of windows to showcase the breathtaking view, 2 fireplaces, 75" and 43" TVs, an acoustic piano and comfortable sofas.

There are 4 bedrooms. To assure maximum comfort, all of them are equipped with high-end mattresses, pristine quality linens and night stands with USB portals.

1. Master suite with a king bed, a 65" TV, private seating area with two recliners and a fireplace. It has its own en-suite bathroom with jetted tub, walk-in shower and walk-in closet.
A doggy door gives your fur babies an independence and you convenience.

2. King Bedroom with private balcony and jaw-dropping view of the mountain, a 55" TV, recliner and a queen size pullout sofa (sleeps 4)

3. Asian infused bedroom with queen size canopy bed, a desk and a 40" smart TV (sleeps 2)

4. Opulent 4th bedroom with a bunk bed- full size bed on the bottom and a twin on top, a 40" smart TV, toys, games and puzzles, perfect for kids or adventurous adults (sleeps 2)

For those who enjoy cooking while away, you'll love the fully stocked gourmet chef's kitchen with custom granite countertop, top of the line cabinetry and a workstation stainless steel sink. The fully-equipped kitchen and pantry provide everything you need for your stay, dishes and silverware, cups and glasses, cookware including pots, pans, and utensils, spices. The available appliances include refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, gas range, double oven, dishwasher, toaster, blender, kettle, Cuisinart coffee pot, electric griddle and slow cooker. For the grill masters, you'll find a Kenmore gas grill (hooked to natural gas line) just outside on the back patio.

The formal dining room and the eat-in area adjacent to the kitchen are perfect for entertaining with style. The airy and bright office provides comfort for those who study or work from home with FREE high-speed Internet and plenty of desk space.

On this level there is also a second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a double vanity, an additional powder room and separate laundry room.

Head downstairs to the game room with a rustic décor and electric fireplace and enjoy friendly pool game, darts or watch sports or a movie on 55" TV. A wet bar and a full size refrigerator in the storage area makes it easy to snack and chill your beverages.

End your day soaking your cares away in the brand new hot tub perfectly situated on the deck and watch the sun fall asleep behind the layered trees & the sky glow wild vibrant colors while "touching the stars and kissing the moon"

The side and back yard are fenced in and provide areas for your fur babies to romp and play. You can also join them outside playing lawn games- Corn hole, Yardzee, Jenga, Bocce ball.

The long paved driveway can fit 5-6 vehicles. Park your car in the back close to the gate for easier luggage or groceries unloading.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

*Axel's Place can comfortably accommodate 8-10 people. Only the number of occupants listed on the reservation form will be allowed to stay at the house (due to insurance requirements).

*You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

*There is absolutely NO smoking in the house or the exterior decks. If you do smoke, you may do so on the driveway area but must have a container for the ashes and cigarette butts.

*All pillows and mattresses are protected for your personal comfort.

*Video surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of Axel's Place. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons, to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in additional fees and eviction without refund.

*Minimum age requirement to rent this property is 25 years old!!!

*There is NO ALARM on the hot tub for children!!

*Dogs ONLY are allowed on the premises. Non-refundable fee of $75 will be charged for each dog. No dogs are allowed on the furniture to ensure cleanliness for the next guests. Please use the kennel if you want. PLEASE PICK AFTER YOUR DOG AFTER EACH TIME!

*We do not allow big parties.

*Applicable Noise Ordinance is strictly enforced. Please respect the neighbors between 11pm and 8am.

**Covid-19 Note: We clean the property in compliance with the latest CDC guidelines so you may feel at home with utmost comfort and confidence of sanitation.
Home is thoroughly ventilated between stays. Hard surfaces, bathrooms, cabinet and door knobs, remote controls and light switches are cleaned with disinfectant.
All seating and carpeted areas are sprayed with anti-microbial solution before vacuuming.
