Beary Cozy Condo

Nestled among the Sierra Blanca mountains, this cozy condo has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Watch ducks, deer, and even elk as you sip your morning coffee from the balcony. If you're lucky, you may even catch a glimpse of some wild horses!

Only 1 mile from Inn of the Mountain Gods Casino and 2 miles from downtown Ruidoso with its cute shops and restaurants, this location is perfect for anyone visiting the area. Are winter sports more your style? We're just minutes away from Ski Apache offering skiing, snowboarding, and other winter activities from December through March (estimated dates).

This condo is perfect for couples or even a small family. Sleeping up to 2 adults and 2 children, we offer a queen size bed in the private bedroom and a set of built in bunk beds in the hallway. Our kitchenette is great for preparing light meals with a mini-fridge, microwave and 2 burner cook top. We provide all the basic cooking equipment and dishes. We also provide a coffee maker, toaster, and blender.

Cute, quiet & definitely cozy

Perfect get-away spot for me & my teenage kids. Everyone had their own bed & conveniently located to all the places we scheduled to go. Very clean & quiet.

Great Cabin, great location

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Cabin. We found its proximity to the community very appealing. The property owner was easy to communicate with and the cost was appropriate for the facility. Overall 4 out of 5 stars.

Deferred Maintenance

Living room verticle blinds to deck was missing one slat, one was curled up and the blind mechanism didn’t work so blinds couldn't be cosed. The ceiling light in the kitchen didn't work. The bedroom has a ceiling fan/light but the light didn’t work. Fireplace with no wood or kindling. Not up to par with other VRBO's, AirB&B's or hotels that we have stayed in.

Peaceful condo close to everything!

Last minute booking became a beautiful weekend stay. Communication with Erin was tops. She gave us updates and eased our concerns about the fires and flooding. Condo was spotless and great location for Grindstone Lake, downtown, and Inn of the Mountain Gods for gambling. Great casino, clean and smoke free! Will definitely book again!

very nice stay

my husband and i spent two nights at this property and truly enjoyed our stay. The place was perfect for us. The place was clean, comfortable and very quiet. We took a short walk down the road and saw a few wild horses.

Completely met our needs

We LOVED this sweet condo! It was in a beautiful location and was so close to the downtown shops without being right there at them. What we loved most was that our daughter unfortunately got the flu on our way to Ruidoso and this was a very comfy and wonderful condo for our stay indoors. We didn't plan to stay indoors as much as we had to and this place met our needs. We were very thankful!!! The Kitchen had everything we needed and the living room area was cozy and comfy. The beds were great and bathroom area just right. The condo is in an extremely convenient location in the complex (easy to get in and out of, easy parking, and easy to the laundry). The best part was how helpful and great at responding to communication the owner was. Wonderful interaction and positive!! The only thing that was difficult (and this was only because we were stuck inside) was there is no wifi...so we had to use the hotspot on our phone to utilize the different apps on the smart tv. But they did have Direct TV. The listing for the condo never states they have internet access but Vrbo's language implied it (that is not on the owner). Some locations in Ruidoso have difficulty with WiFi access as you can understand. But we worked it out!! I would highly recommend this condo and the price is excellent in my opinion!!!!!

Nice, quiet condo

This condo is small, but adequate. It has a very nice reclining couch in the living room that we really enjoyed. The complex was very quiet, and we loved watching the ducks from the balcony. One night, wild horses even made an appearance. The owner was very quick to respond to any problems that arose. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Cute and Quiet

Cute little condo with a little balcony to have coffee and watch the ducks swim in the creek right behind us. Property manager was amazing and super helpful.
