Newly listed home you will love, take advantage of this amazing deal! Are you looking to escape the city and relax in the mountains, while still being minutes away from the lake/dining/casinos/parks then this home is perfect for you. Just a quick walk from downtown shopping or you can enjoy Grindstone Lake that is less than one mile away. The large open concept allows everyone to interact whether it’s a family of 4 or a large group of 11. Pets are allowed with an extra fee.
This beautiful 4 bedroom home is located in the heart of Ruidoso and just a quick walk to all the shops downtown. After a day of exploring, hiking, skiing or golfing enjoy the wood burning fireplace while you watch your favorite movies, on the 55” Roku TV in the living-room. The open concept makes it easy to mingle whether you’re playing pool, watching tv in living room, enjoying a meal at the dining area or prepping in the kitchen. If you enjoy cooking you will love our kitchen with lots of space to prep and equipped with all the pots/pans/utensils/slow cooker you may need. Also, if you love coffee you must try the NM Piñon Coffee provided, or you can effortlessly make yourself a cup with the Keurig (k cups provided)
Enjoy nature? Take a walk with your fur babies up to Grindstone Lake or sit on the front yard deck with your cup of coffee/glass of wine and enjoy all the wildlife, as they hang around the neighborhood. If you want a little more privacy, the fenced in backyard offers a 6 person hot tub, grilling area, patio table and 6 chairs for everyone to sit and enjoy the stars and silent nights.

Self check-in makes it easy and convenient for you to arrive at any time.

All around excellent

Very clean, , we were able to walk to the shops from the house. Located in the perfect part of town that allows easy walking access to all bars, and shops in town. Property manager is very easy to work with and a wonderful person, definitely recommend and will be staying again.

This rental property was very clean and well kept. We felt very welcomed by the property manager as she was very attentive to our needs. Me & my family were so impressed with this home. We loved the location, as it was a short walking distance to the downtown shoppes and close by the lake. I would highly recommend it and looking to come back in the near future.
