“I visit Ruidoso several times per year. This location is perfect for walking to restaurants and shopping. This hotel is always clean and the employees are very friendly.”

“The hotel has been going through a remodeling process. The 2nd floor was basically under construction. The fitness center, swimming pool and all other amenities on the first floor were being used to store construction materials. There was no patio area for lounging outside. There was no bench or any other seating area in front of the hotel so if a person was waiting for a ride there was no place to sit. As for the remodel process, we were on the 3rd floor which I guess had been completed. ...

“The place can be the best experience you can have if you put a little more care in the maintenance of the place and the cleanliness, that was horrible i had to go to waltmart for some cleaning wipes and sheets to sleep the sofa supposed to be white it was super dirty the thing that i did love was the location”
