Spread across the property, you'll find four charming 1-bedroom bungalows, each with its own bathroom and kitchenette, perfect for couples or small families. Relax in one of the two hot tubs shared between the bungalows, or take advantage of the washer/dryer closet for added convenience. For more space, a 1-bedroom cabin awaits with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a private hot tub on the front porch. In the heart of the retreat, a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin is perfect for larger families, featuring a full kitchen and access to another hot tub for soaking under the stars.

The crown jewel of Retreat Ruidoso is the incredible indoor, heated swimming pool! The spacious pool room is the perfect spot to gather, offering seating for everyone to watch the fun, relax with a show on TV, or whip up a meal in the full kitchen. After a dip, you can rinse off in the stunning stone shower, conveniently located in the pool's full bathroom. Step outside to the covered porch, where an outdoor heater, fire pit, and cozy seating invite you to gather and enjoy the fresh mountain air from morning at night. The recently added gazebo is perfect for weddings.

Surrounded by breathtaking views of hills, cliffs, and pine trees, Retreat Ruidoso provides the perfect balance of seclusion and togetherness. Whether you're hosting a big event or just looking for a peaceful escape, this retreat has everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

Indoor Swimming Pool Facility:
Take a dip in the large 8' heated swimming pool, complete with a full kitchen, bathroom, and washer/dryer for convenience. The spacious seating area around the pool includes a large flat-screen TV with Direct TV. Outside, a covered patio provides ample seating, a fire pit, and an outdoor heater for those chilly evenings.

Important Notice:
Please note that the swimming pool will undergo routine maintenance at least once during your stay, depending on the length of your visit. This process typically takes no more than an hour to check and balance the pool's water levels. Additional charges may apply if any foreign objects are found in the pool. We kindly ask that you follow all posted pool rules and refrain from bringing food or beverages into the immediate pool area.

Stretch out on the covered front porch, and bring your fur baby—this cabin is dog-friendly! Equipped with both heat and AC, Cozy Bungalow #1 has everything you need for a delightful stay. This cabin can be rented independent when entire complex is not rented.

Bungalow #2 (Sleeps 4)
This relaxing bungalow features 1 King bed and a Twin daybed with a pullout trundle, perfect for a comfortable stay. Enjoy a kitchenette, a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and entertainment with a TV and Direct TV. Stay cool with a small AC unit above the bed. Plus, relax in one of two hot tubs, conveniently located between Bungalows 1 & 2 and 3 & 4.

Additional amenities include a wood burning fireplace, central air conditioning and heating, TV with Direct TV, and a hot tub on the front porch. This cabin can be rented independent when entire complex is not rented.

Please Note: This home is dog-friendly with a limit of 5 dogs. A pet fee of $50.00 (plus tax) per pet applies. Please let us know if you'll be bringing your furry friend so we can make the necessary arrangements. For their safety and comfort, pets are required to be kenneled when left alone in all of our pet-friendly cabins.

Therefore, be advised that our cancellation policy, in-house policies, and procedures may differ from VRBO. All guests will receive our Guest License Agreement that outlines our policies and procedures and are asked to initial and e-sign before receiving their rental information (address and access code). We ask that you please read our policies as we will adhere to them once you've booked your reservation with us (even when booking through a 3rd party entity).

The fine print, what to expect: Our cabins include basic cable, satellite or streaming television, basic cooking utensils, propane gas grill (propane provided), washer and dryer (if applicable- please look at the amenities), towels and bed linens for guest use along with heating for winter. Our homes come equipped with either a drip or Keurig coffee maker. *Linens and bath towels *Extra blankets and bedding *Spa towels for properties with spas/hot tubs. While our kitchens are fully equipped with glassware/cookware/utensils/dishes, etc. this does not ensure that all homes will have a blender, crock pot, spices, coffee, or condiments. Please call ahead to confirm if items such as these are available. If not, we ask that you bring your own. Basic toiletries in the Master bathroom only are: *One (1) travel-sized each of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, disposable toothbrush, toothpaste, bar soap, and facial bar soap, *three (3) rolls of toilet paper; one (1) on the holder and two (2) stored in the bathroom. Basic toiletries in all additional bathrooms (if applicable) are: *three (3) rolls of toilet paper; one (1) on the holder and two (2) stored in the bathroom, *one (1) travel-sized bar soap and/or facial soap, *one (1) hairdryer in the home. Basic supplies in the home: *five (5) All-Clear laundry pods, *dish detergent in pod or liquid form (quantities may vary and/or be limited), and three (3) Lemi Shine rinse agent in single-use cups (for homes with dishwashers), *liquid dish soap in (at minimum) a partial container (may only be in homes without dishwashers- check amenities to ensure the home you booked has a dishwasher), *two to three (2-3) rolls of paper towels, *two (2) trash liners in each waste basket; one (1) prepared in a basket and at least one (1) in the bottom or under the sink. We encourage guests to please be mindful of the supplies we provide and always bring extras as housekeeping does not deliver more than what is required to be left in the homes. We highly encourage guests to be prepared with access to chains and/or 4-wheel drive in winter months. Firewood is not provided for homes with wood burning fireplaces.
