I try very hard to meet or exceed my guests expectations. I do not live in the condo and therefore include in my condo information that you will need to flip a switch to turn on the hot water heater and adjust the condo to the temperature you are comfortable. I do this to keep my expenses as low as possible and pass those savings on to my guests. If a guest wants something different they are encouraged to contact me and for an additional fee I could probably have someone come and prepare for your arrival in the way you would request. None of my past guests have mentioned that the guest bed squeaks, but I will look into it. When I mentioned that the kitchen is well stocked I may need to be more clear in that it is well equipped with all the kitchen appliances and utensils....I do not provide food or spices or any other perishable items due to the fact all guests are different and usually bring what they want to cook or eat. I will contact my cleaning lady to find out about the coffee maker and pot holders. I always try to maintain those. My past renters have never mentioned a problem with the way the kitchen is organized but I will see if there is another way it may be organized in a more efficient manor. I just installed a year or so ago a brand new 40 gallon hot water heater as suggested by my plumber for the size of condos in my area. I agree it will not provide ample hot water for 6 or more people to take a shower back to back. I do provide ample towels and soap ...etc . If you wish to have a clean towel every day there is a washer and dryer provided for you to wash every day if you like... Also, as stated in the condo information are the check-in and check out times. If that was a problem guests only need to contact me. In order to maintain the cleanliness and prepare for the next guests my cleaning lady requires time to do so and this being one of the busiest times of the year it is important for her to utilize her time efficiently. I do allow my guests to check in early and leave later if there is no one staying after them but again this is Christmas time. I try to provide a wonderful place for my guests to stay. This time of year is a joy and a blessing and I hope everyone finds the peace and happiness this special holiday is all about.
