“The hotel i nicely situated along Donau. The hotel is in reality two hotels; Hotel Delta 3 and Hotel Delta 4. "3" is related to "three stars" and "4" to "four stars". The Delta 3-building might be about 50 years old. When you come in to the reception and the surroundings, you get the feeling of the old Romania, ruled by the communists.
