âThe staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. There wasn't a ground floor room for me ... only a room on the 3rd floor. A very kind and helpful staff member carried my 50 pound bag up a couple of flights of stairs. I'm so grateful for that! My room was very clean and the staff brought me clean and serviceable dishes and cookware. I always felt safe in my room and the 3 nights I stayed there were peaceful and quiet. Overall, this is an excellent ESA in Greenville,SC!â
âA charming and cozy stay!
Pettigru Place Bed and Breakfast is absolutely amazingâbeautifully decorated, warm, and welcoming. Itâs even better than the pictures and conveniently located close to downtown Greenville, SC. The atmosphere is peaceful and inviting, making it a perfect getaway.
My only small recommendation would be to tone down the sugar at breakfast. While the pancakes were delicious, the cinnamon topping was a bit too sweet for my tasteâmaybe offer it on the side?

âI was very welcomed here and you don't get that at every hotel. The staff is so friendly and really helped while we were spending some quality time with my mom before her surgery. They treat you like family from the front desk to the kitchen. Which the breakfast is amazing. The ladies do a fantastic job. Only down fall is Greenville is getting kind of rough, but still a lot to do here as well still nice people even though are some bad eggs out there. â
