“I was pleasantly surprised about how upscale and beautiful the hotel was. The room was great with all the amenities and decor especially for the price I got.However there were some issues and my ratings shouldnt have been so high. Someone nextdoor spent hours singing and talking on a phone in the bathroom and I could here it LOUD and clear, but on the bright side at 4am staff was there quickly to address. “Great staff but only one working when checking in and one when checking out made it take time and for this level of hotel there should always be resources to add. The room is like all other chain hotel, it´s like all hotel called the same designer and ordered the same furniture, carpet, bathroom setup. So un-personal and boring. Wifi was ok but not high-speed. “Rooms are nice and clean. I felt extremely comfortable in the space. Bathroom was very clean. My only issue was checking in. But I won’t complain about that because the room was so nice. I’m definitely a Loews girl!! ”
