The property is new, cozy, has everything you will need for a stay. There is a queen bed and a couch, though not a pull-out. It is a basement paartment in the owner's home, so we were asked to keep quiet early mornings and late evenings, but no problem for us. There is a full sized fridge freezer, laundry set, dish washer, dishes, extra blankets and sheets etc. The owner was very quickly responsive and kind every time we reached out!
When we arrived, the "cleaning" was sub-par at best. Germaphobes, look elsewhere. The bed had been slept in with hairs and skin all over the sheets--it was super gross. I immediately told the owner who told us where to find extra sheets and provided Tide as i offered to wash the dirty sheets and blankets. The shower drain was FULL of disgusting hair and pink mineral-looking stuff that i was able to clean out with the Lysol wipes that were there. There was dried urine on the inside of the toilet bowl, the bathroom garbage was half full, there were crumbs in the fridge...
All that said, their low nightly fee is not enough to pay for a professional cleaner. I hope they pay more attention in the future to cleaning as the unit is quite nice and they have put a lot of detail into it, like marble tiles in the bathroom. I would give them another opportunity in the future once they get a better handle on the required cleaning for a rental unit.
