I enjoyed my stay here next to the campground! Very quiet, neighbors are rarely heard and barely visible. House is clean, could use some TLC but owner is working on it. :) Lots of DIY home maintenance that'll make you think about what you could do (or maybe not do?!)
Plenty of kitchen supplies, several pots/pans, nonstick skillets that still have the nonstick, knife block with all the knives, colander, cutting boards, hot pads, dish towels, etc. Electric stove. No dishwasher; soap, sponge and dish drainer provided.
There are several places one can sit and relax or gaze out the big picture windows. In better weather, there are also several places outside to enjoy. For those with mobility concerns, be aware there are many steps within the house between seating areas and rooms, and some soft spots throughout. Hot tub is in a room detached from the house, it's a very short walk, maybe 10ft, over mossy patio pavers.
Furnace is pretty loud when in the main bedroom and very effective. Temperature is comfortable throughout even with the unique floorplan. I found the pillows and mattress very comfortable. Plenty of blankets available.
Bathroom is clean. TP and towels provided, bring soap to wash your hands, hair and body. The shower stall is generously size with hot water, good pressure and a bench!
Internet service worked fine for me to do some work, including video.
I would consider staying here again if I needed a little me time! I had a lovely time.
