âThis place is just FUN! The decor and vibe are just right for the neighborhood and made our visit to tour Northwestern University completely delightful. It is super close to downtown and also just a short (less than 5 minutes) walk to Northwestern. The staff are wonderful and the property is historically beautiful.

âWe liked it was a short distance to the L train station to go into Chicago. Great food and shopping all around. Very nice accommodations, beds are comfortable. A nice warm chocolate chip cookie was given when we checked in too, a nice surprise. We would stay here again. â
âGreat location, clean facilities and friendly staff, it was 2nd time staying here and would recommend.
Only disappointment was not having a refrigerator in room â
âThe bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. The one suggestion I have would be to install some water bottle filling stations.(like Elkay). A lot of people myself included trying to fill our water bottles from the glass cooler is by the front desk. Kind of a sanitation problem because the mouth of everyoneâs bottle is touching the faucet.â

âDonât expect luxury but a good, modern hotel with cleaning only when requested. Bed was excellent as was the penthouse restaurant/bar. Valet parking and garage available in the building. I would recommend a room on the top floors due quite a bit of street noice, not over bearing but certainly noticeable. Unusually high water pressure which made showering almost painful.
