The coolest spot on the hottest part of Rye Beach. This newly renovated beach house is just a 3 minute walk onto Wallis Sands [known by the locals as Pirate's Cove]. Located directly behind the Rye Beach Surf Club, and across the street from Kooks Beach Bar and Cafe. Spend your vacation on the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, and relax on the private patio [w/grill]. Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves, wake up in the morning with Isles of Shoals views from the comfiest king bed.

The space:
Open floor plan with Kitchen, bathroom and dining and living room on the first floor. Second level has the primary and secondary bedrooms. Must climb spiral staircase to access second floor. Not recommended for people with mobility issues or small children.

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY ISSUES AS THE SPIRAL STAIRCASE IS VERY NARROW. CAN BE DIFFICULT TO CLIMB STAIRS WHILE CARRYING LUGGAGE.

Main floor: bathroom, kitchen, dining room.

Second floor with spiral staircase to access 2nd floor:
king bedroom, double bunkbed room. closet in each room.

ACCESS TO BEACH:
3 min walk from the beach house.
When walking out of the house, take a left towards the SURF CLUB. GO PAST the SURF CLUB, and take the next left to the parking lot of Wallis Sands Beach. This is right across the street from Petey's Market.

Other things to note:
The spiral staircase is the only way to access the bedrooms on the second floor. They are narrow, people with mobility issues might find the staircase a challenge. Also, not recommended for small children.
