As we walked in there was rotring watermelon in the grass and a random bbq grill outside. Once we got into the room i realized there was dog feces outside of our windows. I looked to my left and there were dead bugs encased within it, one of the bugs looked to be a dead cockroach. There were cobwebs everywhere, wven around the mini fridge. “The view was wonderful but one of the windows was so dirty we couldn’t really see out of it The air conditioning is very loud We thought it was a lawn mower the first time it started up. The ductwork is directed toward the bed too so when it came on I was cold. Didn’t affect my husband however The rest of the room was great”

“Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to several maintenance and cleanliness issues. We were unable to use the microwave because the interior top was covered with mold. The refrigerator also had mold inside, and there were items left behind by a previous guest. While the air conditioner worked well, it was noticeably dusty and could benefit from cleaning. Additionally, the TV was not functioning, and neither the USB ports nor the phone charging outlets worked. We hope these issues can...

“The room’s thermostat had a note taped on it that said you couldn’t use it; you had to use the panel on the heating and cooling unit below the window. The heating and cooling unit’s caulking showed signs of leakage (there were brown stains on the caulking). There was no clock in the room. The lighting was very poor.
