“The rooms at this hotel, at least the one they choose to give us was in really bad shape. The tap in our room was leaking and had a lot of buildup on it, disgusting. The mirrors were not cleaned and the headboard was in a bad state, adding to the bad experience. In the dining room we were not welcome to dine since the entire restaurant was occupied by guests not staying at the hotel. No warning that you had to make reservations weeks before was given to us. We later on got a table by the bar…...

“Checked in late security saw me, was a proper gent. Ordered food around midnight and he brought it up to my room for the driver at the gate. ”

“Mycket bra hotell i Leamington Spa. Rummet motsvarade förväntningarna. Vi fick checka in trots att vi kom alldeles för tidigt. Frukosten var fantastisk, English breakfast med allt. Personalen var mycket trevlig särskilt vår frukostvärdinna om serverade frukosten med ett leende. Ett hotell att återvända till.”

“Really clean, spacious and loads of plug sockets which was great. Kitchen was perfect for what we needed and car park out the back was very convenient. We walked to Coventry Arena close by, through the big Tesco round the back and found other shops too - incredibly handy would definitely go back. Met the owner and he was really nice, and asked if there was anything he could do - really lovely service. Easily 5*.”
