“Staff great”

“A very nice comfortable high-end hotel. It is opposite a beautiful park and there are plenty of little restaurants nearby. I was worried that I would be in a corporate hub which would be quiet at the weekend but there was plenty of life and places nearby. Super comfy beds with beautifu. The staff were all amazing. Friendly & helpful. Made you feel very welcome. You could feel quite at home in this hotel even though it is large and smartly corporate - it had a relaxed warm vibe .. would highly...

“Expensive for the standard you get. No breakfast included.”

“We stayed at The Kimpton Sawyer to celebrate our wedding night, and it was an absolute dream from start to finish!  The room was stunning, modern, and featured a wonderful balcony with gorgeous views of the city. What truly made the night special was the incredible hospitality. The team went above and beyond, leaving us a welcome note, a celebratory bottle of champagne in an ice bucket, sparkling water, and a delicious little cake. A massive, special shout-out to Haley B. for helping us...

“The rooms on my floor were getting cleaned very late and a lot of noise from doors slamming. The noise from the street in the night was also bad. My son and I both left early with one night left on our rooms for the sake of sleep”

“Väldigt mysigt hotell mitt på Sacramento river. Bra mat. Något trånga rum men funkar för en natt. Båten har intressant historia.”

“A very nice place to stay as a couple; great garden, views, room etc. I would recommend friends to stay here when in Sacramento and it's a place I'll talk about with my friends back home.”

“Everything was new and room was great. Staff awesome too. Only drawback for me was I arrive late as solo traveler and half the hotel is located across the street. There is keycard access to the elevator but the building I was in seemed very open to the street. I still got a good night’s sleep. Easy walk to downtown and the Capitol area”

“The parking is ridiculous! They charged $60 for valet. If you dont want valet then you have to use the public parking down the street that doesn't allow in and out privileges. We had to youtube how to get the shower to work. There was a toe nail in the shower and overall way overpriced for the traffic noise, lack of amenities, and ridiculous parking situation. The restaurant attached served under cooked pasta that stuck in my teeth and burnt bread on my husband's sandwich. Book elsewhere!”

“Decent hotel in run down area. Friendly staff. Basic hotel. Do expect homeless people living/staying in the nearby area. ”

“A wonderful place with probably some of the kindest and most helpful staff I’ve met. The area is somewhat interesting, but the hotel is brand new and it felt very clean and safe.”
